We have large cottages with gorgeous views of Lake Huron! The beach is only a few feet away. 6 of our cottages are on 100' of private beach. The cottages sleep 2-8 people depending on the cottage. We provide fully equipped kitchens including microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, dishes, pots, pans, cups, glasses, serving bowls, silverware and more! Living rooms have couches, chairs, cable TV, DVD (south cottages) and stereos (some). Cottages have a gas fireplace or furnace, (Sailaway has an air conditioner upstairs only) screened in porches (some), gas or charcoal BBQ grills, fire pits, outdoor table and chairs. Pets are permitted with permission from the owners. A-1 Cottages are clean, affordable, and are open all year round! We have been renting cottages since 1998 and accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, money orders and checks. Rates begin at $125 per night - $180 per night (2 night minimum) depending on the view of the lake, season and the cottage. July and August are rented by the week only (Friday to Friday). Exception: If the cottage hasn't been rented within 10 days of arrival date, then we will rent for less than a week. Please visit each cottage for more details and photos. Any occupant of the cottage or guests using the property by your invitation, agree to abide by our agreement. We do not allow day guests in any cottage or on the grounds that exceed the maximum sleep occupancy. Any cottage that has more guests than what is allowed will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given. Our cottages are not set up for large groups of people as it is too hard on our septic systems, our cottages and our neighbors. Thank you for abiding by our policy. The maximum allowed is as follows: Cottage #1 = 6-8, Stencel Downtown = 8, Sailaway = 7, Dayton House = 7, Cottage #2 = 6, Cottage #3 = 6, Cottage #4 = 6, Elston Cottage = 6, Cottage #5 = 4 and Cottage #6 = 4.

Pet friendly in all cottages except the Elston Cottage. Permission from John or Carol Watson (owners) is required when placing the reservation to bring a pet. We do not charge an additional fee. We ask that you leave the cottage clean and vacuumed. The pet must stay off of our furniture, on a leash when outside, feces picked up and treated for the prevention of fleas prior to coming to our cottages.
