Dogs are allowed with permission only.  No more than 2 dogs are allowed at each cottage.  Dogs must be on a leash at all times.  Dogs are not allowed to be on the beach per Huronia Heights Sub-division rules

Tents and motor homes are not allowed.

Quiet Time is 

11 PM - 8 AM

Beautiful wood walls in the living room w/cable TV, DVD, and a view of Lake Huron!  There is also a stereo system, couch, loveseat, & 2 chairs

Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster,  silverware, dishes, pots, pans, and city water

3 Bedrooms - Bedroom1 has a twin bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds with cable TV.  We provide the pillows and blankets.  You need to provide the sheets and towels.  Sheets and towels are available for an additional $7.00 per set.

Dining room has wood walls and seats 6

Yard has swing, gas BBQ grill, table, chairs, and fire pit

There are 7 beach accesses that you can use while renting our cottages

50% down secures your dates.  Balance is due by June 1st or at the time of reservation if within 30 days.  We only rent Friday to Friday during July and August.  Minimum of 2 nights beginning in September through June. 

We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented.  A $25 cancellation fee will apply.  30 days notice is required for cancellation beginning September through May.
