Castaway Has Views of Lake Huron

This 3 bedroom cottage has beautiful wood walls in the living room.  There is cable TV and stereo with a view of Lake Huron!  Plenty of seating on the couch, loveseat, and 2 wicker chairs.

Fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster,  silverware, dishes, pots, pans, and city water

3 Bedrooms - Bedroom1 has a twin bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed, and Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds (2 twins) with cable TV.  We provide the pillows and blankets.  You need to provide the sheets and towels.  Sheets and towels are available for an additional $7.00 per set.

Dining room has wood walls and seats 6-7

Yard has a swing, gas BBQ grill, table, chairs and a private fire pit

There are 7 beach accesses that you can use while renting our cottages

50% down secures your dates.  Balance is due by June 1st or at the time of reservation if within 30 days.  We rent Friday to Friday during July and August.    2 Night Minimum

We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented.  A $25 cancellation fee will apply.  30 days notice is required for cancellation.

Cottages are reserved on a first come first serve basis.  A cottage is not confirmed unless a deposit has been received.

Any occupant of the cottage or guests using the property by your invitation, agree to abide by our agreement. We do not allow day guests in any cottage or on the grounds that exceed the maximum sleep occupancy. Any cottage that has more guests than what is allowed will be asked to leave. No refunds will be given. Our cottages are not set up for large groups of people as it is too hard on our septic systems, our cottages and our neighbors. Thank you for abiding by our policy. The maximum allowed is 7.

Cottages are reserved on a first come first serve basis.  People that call, email, or set up a day to visit our cottages sometimes "assume" that we will hold a cottage or date for them until they can arrange to visit the cottages.  A cottage is not confirmed unless a deposit has been received.
