3 bedroom cottage has beautiful
wood walls in the living room. There is cable TV, DVD, stereo and a view of Lake
Huron! Plenty of seating on the couch, loveseat, and 2 wicker chairs.
Fully
equipped kitchen
has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, dishes, pots,
pans, and city water

Bedrooms - Bedroom1 has a twin bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed, and
Bedroom
3 has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds (2 twins) with cable TV. We provide the pillows and blankets. You need to provide the sheets and
towels. Sheets and towels are available for an additional $7.00 per
set.
Dining
room has wood walls and seats 6-7
Yard
has a swing, gas BBQ grill, table, chairs and a private fire pit
There
are 7 beach accesses that you can use while renting our cottages
50%
down secures your dates. Balance is due by June 1st or at the time
of reservation if within 30 days. We only rent Friday to Friday during July and August. Minimum of 2 nights beginning in September
through June.
We do not give
refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented. A $25
cancellation fee will apply. 30 days
notice is required for cancellation.
Quiet
time is 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM - Please respect our neighbors!
