Cottage 1 is Lakefront on the bluff with gorgeous views of Lake Huron - 3 Bedrooms Sleep 8

Private deck over the bluff - walk out from the queen bedroom - watch the sunrise right from your bed! $1100 per week beginning June 16 up to Labor Day Weekend.  $160 per night (2 night minimum) if cottage hasn't been rented within 10 days of arrival time which includes Labor Day Weekend through June 15th.    

Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, cable TV and gorgeous views of Lake Huron!

Fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, pots, pans, dishes.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed with a beautiful view of Lake Huron and sliding glass door to the private deck

Bedroom 2 and 3 each have a full bed.  There is a full bathroom

The front of the entire cottage has breath taking views of Lake Huron and a deck/porch

We do not supply sheets and towels.  We do supply blankets and pillows

      50% down secures your dates - balance is due by June 1st (if less than 30 days, balance is due when making the reservation).  During July and August, we only rent Friday to Friday.  We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented.  A $25 cancellation fee will apply.  30 days notice is required for cancellation. 

Quiet time is 11:00 pm - 08:00 am - Please respect our neighbors!  Smoking is allowed outside only.  

Cottages are reserved on a first come first serve basis.  People that call, email, or set up a day to visit our cottages sometimes "assume" that we will hold a cottage or date for them until they can arrange to visit the cottages.  A cottage is not confirmed unless a deposit has been received.

Any occupant of the cottage or guests using the property by your invitation, agree to abide by our agreement.  We do not allow day guests in any cottage or on the grounds that exceed the maximum sleep occupancy.  Any cottage that has more guests than what is allowed will be asked to leave.  No refunds will be given.  Our cottages are not set up for large groups of people as it is too hard on our septic systems, our cottages and our neighbors.   Thank you for abiding by our policy.  The maximum allowed is 8.
