Cottage 3 is Lakefront, private deck, 1 full bedroom and 1 full sleeper sofa - Sleeps 4

AVAILABILITY:  AUGUST 29-SEPTEMBER 2 & AFTER SEPTEMBER 12TH

$900 per week beginning June 16 up to Labor Day Weekend.  $135 per night ( 2 night minimum)

if cottage hasn't been rented within 10 days of arrival time which includes Labor Day Weekend through June 16, 2011

Dining area & living room has original knotty pine with a full sleeper sofa - fully equipped kitchen 

There is 1 bedroom with a full bed - Gorgeous view of Lake Huron

The deck has a table and 4 chairs looking directly at Lake Huron

We do not supply sheets and towels.  We do supply blankets and pillows.

50% down secures your dates - balance is due by June 1st (if less than 30 days, balance is due when making the reservation).  During July and August, we only rent Friday to Friday.  We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented.  A $25 cancellation fee will apply.  30 days notice is required for cancellation. 

Quiet time is 11:00 pm - 08:00 am - Please respect our neighbors!  Smoking is allowed outside only.
