Dogs are allowed with permission only.  No more than 2 dogs are allowed at the Sailaway, Castaway and Timeaway cottages.  Dogs must be on a leash at all times.  Dogs are not allowed to be on the beach per Huronia Heights Sub-division rules

Tents and motor homes are not allowed.

Step back in time in this 3 bedroom cottage (1 with a queen, 1 with a full bed and another with a full futon that has a very thick mattress).  It is loaded with character in this 1849 Cottage.  There is cable TV, DVD, VCR, free WIFI and a portable stereo.  A view of Lake Huron from the living room and right in front of the cottage!  Plenty of seating in the comfortable living room,  kitchen and a relaxing back yard.  The enclosed porch is a great place to relax and catch up on your reading.

Fully equipped kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,  silverware, dishes, pots, pans, mixer, blender and city water

We provide the pillows and blankets-you provide the sheets and towels.  Sheets and towels are available for an additional $7.00 per set.  Ther is also 1 twin rollaway off the queen bedroom.

The Yard has a picnic table, fire pit and a gas BBQ grill.  The beach, Lake Huron, harbor and the pier is just outside the front door and to the east.

50% down secures your dates.  Balance is due by June 1st or at the time of reservation if within 30 days.  We only rent Friday to Friday during July and August.  Minimum of 3 nights beginning Memorial Day Weekend, in June, and Labor Day Weekend.  September and October has a 2 night minimum.  

We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented.  A $25 cancellation fee will apply.  30 days notice is required for cancellation. 

Quiet time is 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM -  Please respect our neighbors!  Smoking is allowed outside only. 

Cottages are reserved on a first come first serve basis.  People that call, email, or set up a day to visit our cottages sometimes "assume" that we will hold a cottage or date for them until they can arrange to visit the cottages.  A cottage is not confirmed unless a deposit has been received.

Any occupant of the cottage or guests using the property by your invitation, agree to abide by our agreement.  We do not allow day guests in any cottage or on the grounds that exceed the maximum sleep occupancy.  Any cottage that has more guests than what is allowed will be asked to leave.  No refunds will be given.  Our cottages are not set up for large groups of people as it is too hard on our septic systems, our cottages and our neighbors.   Thank you for abiding by our policy.  The maximum allowed is 7.

We accept Visa, Master card, Discover Card, checks, and money orders.  Balance can be paid by check or money order if you prefer
