3 Night Minimum Beginning Memorial Day weekend through June and Labor Day Weekend in September.  2 Night minimum in September & October.  Will consider a shorter stay if the cottage has not been rented within 10 days during July and August.

Dogs are allowed with permission only.  No more than 2 dogs are allowed at each cottage.  Dogs must be on a leash at all times.  Dogs are not allowed to be on the beach per the Village of Lexington

Tents and motor homes are not allowed.

This 2 bedroom cottage plus 1 den with a futon has lots of character in this 1849 Cottage.  There is cable TV, DVD, stereo and a view of Lake Huron right in front of the cottage!  Plenty of seating in the enclosed porch, living room, kitchen, and the beautiful relaxing back yard.

Fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster,  silverware, dishes, pots, pans, and city water

2 Bedrooms and a Den- Bedroom1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a full bed, and the Den has a couch/futon that opens up to a full bed.  We provide the pillows and blankets-you provide the sheets and towels.  Sheets and towels are available for an additional $7.00 per set.

The Yard has a picnic table, fire pit and a charcoal grill.  The beach, Lake Huron, and the pier is just outside the front door.

50% down secures your dates.  Balance is due by June 1st or at the time of reservation if within 30 days.  We only rent Friday to Friday during July and August.  Minimum of 3 nights beginning Memorial Day Weekend, in June, and Labor Day Weekend.  September and October has a 2 night minimum.  

We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented.  A $25 cancellation fee will apply.  30 days notice is required for cancellation beginning September through May.  

Quiet time is 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM -  Please respect our neighbors!  Smoking is allowed outside only.

We accept Visa, Master card, Discover Card, checks, and money orders.  Balance can be paid by check or money order if you prefer
