Dayton House Downtown has 3 bedrooms, sleeps 6 to 7, free WI-FI, High efficienncy washer, dryer, view of Lake Huron and the Harbor!

Living room has a new couch,  37" flat screen TV with satellite and a Blue-ray DVD player. There is also a portable stereo and free WI-FI. The backyard has a charcoal BBQ grill, picnic table and a fire pit

 

Kitchen has everything you including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, dishes, pots, pans and pantry.  There is a dryer and a new HE (high efficiency) washer.  Only high efficient laundry soap is allowed in the washer.  There is city water and city sewage in this cottage

Master bedroom has a queen bed, new ceiling fan and a walk in closet with a twin rollaway

 

 

Bedroom 2 has a new full mattress and box spring. Bedroom 3 has a full bed futon

with a thick mattress.  The full bathroom has a bathtub with shower

 

The pier, marina and beach are just a block east of the Dayton House down the short hill. Lexington downtown offers quaint shops, restaurants, winery, pubs and festivals!

The Dayton House is loaded with character and built in 1849. There is satelite TV, Blue-ray DVD player, free WI-FI and a portable stereo. There is a view of Lake Huron from the living room and right in front of the cottage! The enclosed porch is a great place to relax and catch up on your reading. 

 

We provide the pillows and blankets-you provide the sheets and towels. Sheets and towels are available for an additional $7.00 per set. There is also 1 twin rollaway off the queen bedroom.

 

The beach, Lake Huron, harbor and the pier is just outside the front door and to the east.


We do not supply sheets and towels.  We do supply quilts and pillows

 

$ 850 per week beginning June 16 up to Labor Day Weekend.  $250 per night (2 night minimum) if cottage hasn't been rented within 10 days of arrival time which includes Labor Day Weekend through June 15th.  

 

50% down secures your dates and rates.  Balance is due thirty days before you arrive.   If less than thirty days, the balance is due when making the reservation.  During July and August, we only rent by the week Friday to Friday.  We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented.  A credit will be issued to the original credit card used for the deposit less $30.00 for our cancellation fee.

 

Quiet time is 11PM - 8AM.  Please respect our neighbors!

Smoking outside only!!  $200 charge for anyone smoking in any of our cottages


Cottages are reserved on a first come first serve basis.  People that call, email, or set up a day to visit our cottages sometimes "assume" that we will hold a cottage or date for them until they can arrange to visit the cottages.  A cottage is not confirmed unless a deposit has been received.  Any occupant of the cottage of guests using the property by your invitation, agree to abide by our agreement.  We do not allow day guests in any cottage or on the grounds that exceed the maximum sleep occupancy of 7 .  Any cottage that has more guests than what is allowed will be asked to leave.  No refunds will be given.  Our cottages are not set up for large groups of people as it is too hard on our septic field, our cottages and our neighbors.  Thank you for abiding by our policy.
