2 bedroom cottage plus 1 den with a futon (full bed) that is loaded with character in this
1849 Cottage. There is cable TV, DVD, VCR and a portable stereo.
There is a view of Lake
Huron right in front of the cottage! Plenty of seating in the
comfortable living room, kitchen, and a relaxing back
yard. The enclosed porch is a great place to relax and catch up on
your reading.
Fully
equipped kitchen
has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, dishes, pots,
pans, mixer, blender and city water

Bedrooms and a Den- Bedroom1 has a queen bed and an additional room
with a twin bed. Bedroom 2 has a full bed and
the Den has a couch/futon that opens up to a full bed. We provide the pillows and
blankets-you provide the sheets and
towels. Sheets and towels are available for an additional $7.00 per
set.
The
Yard
has a picnic table, fire pit and a gas BBQ grill. The
beach, Lake Huron, harbor and the pier is just outside the front door and
to the east.
50%
down secures your dates. Balance is due by June 1st or at the time
of reservation if within 30 days. We only rent Friday to Friday during July and August. Minimum of
3 nights beginning Memorial Day Weekend, in June, and Labor Day
Weekend. September and October has a 2 night minimum.
We do not give
refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented. A $25
cancellation fee will apply. 30 days
notice is required for cancellation.
Quiet
time is 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM - Please respect our neighbors!
Smoking is allowed outside only.
We
accept Visa, Master card, Discover Card, checks, and money orders. Balance
can be paid by check or money order if you prefer
