3 Night Minimum Beginning Memorial Day weekend through June and Labor Day Weekend in September.  2 Night minimum in September & October.  Will consider a shorter stay if the cottage has not been rented within 10 days during July and August. 

OFF SEASON RATES 

$110 per night
2 Night Minimum October and November, up to Memorial Day Weekend)

Dogs are allowed with permission only.  No more than 2 dogs are allowed at each cottage.  Dogs must be on a leash at all times.  Dogs are not allowed to be on the beach per the Village of Lexington

Tents and motor homes are not allowed.

Quiet Time is 

11 PM - 8 AM

Dayton House Kitchen (click on photos)

The Dayton kitchen has everything you need including a pantry with dishes, cups, glasses, plates, pots, pans, and more!  It comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and city water.

There is also a washer and drier available off the kitchen.

50% down secures your dates.  Balance is due by June 1st or at the time of reservation if within 30 days.  We only rent Friday to Friday during July and August.  Minimum of 3 nights beginning Memorial Day Weekend, in June, and Labor Day Weekend.  September and October has a 2 night minimum.  

We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented.  A $25 cancellation fee will apply.  30 days notice is required for cancellation beginning September through May.  

Quiet time is 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM -  Please respect our neighbors!  Smoking is allowed outside only.

We accept Visa, Master card, Discover Card, checks, and money orders.  Balance can be paid by check or money order if you prefer
