NIGHTLY RENTALS

3 Night Minimum Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day Weekend.  2 night minimum in June & September

OFF SEASON RATES 
$120 per night
2 Night Minimum October-Up to Memorial Day Weekend

Dogs are allowed with permission only.  No more than 2 dogs are allowed at each cottage.  Dogs must be on a leash at all times.  Dogs are not allowed to be on the beach per Huronia Heights Sub-division rules

Tents and motor homes are not allowed.

Quiet Time is 

11 PM - 8 AM

20’ x 14’ Knotty Pine living room faces the lake, queen sofa bed, gas fireplace, 32”  TV w/cable, DVD player, and stereo

Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, mixer, blender, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, pots, pans, and city water

1 Bedroom on the main floor has a Sealy queen bed, ironing board, & iron

3 rooms upstairs – 1 full bed w/cable TV, 1 room with 1 twin and a window air conditioner, and 1 room with 2 twin beds with a view of Lake Huron.  We provide the pillows and blankets.  You provide the sheets and towels.  Sheets and towels are available for an additional $7.00 per set.

Screened-in porch has wicker furniture, stereo, table, and views of Lake Huron

Breezeway has knotty pine walls & large wood table with benches that seat 8

Yard has wood swing, fire pit, gas BBQ grill, and horseshoe pits

Bathroom has bathtub with shower

50% down secures your dates - balance is due by June 1st (if less than 30 days, balance is due when making the reservation).  During July and August, we only rent Friday to Friday.  We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented.  A $25 cancellation fee will apply.  30 days notice is required for cancellation beginning September through May.
