The Stencel Cottage is a two story cottage with 3 bedrooms that Sleep 8

Hardwood floors throughout this beautiful cottage which has 1 full bath (2 full baths in 2012) and a large yard nestled in downtown Lexington.  It is only 1 block from the beach, marina, harbor, shopping, restaurants, pubs, tennis courts, festivals, craft fairs and classic car shows.  Tierney Park has playground equipment, swimming beach and free Music In The Park on Friday evenings during July and August.  The Lexington Theatre is only 1 block away which provides live entertainment. 

This comfortable cottage has everything you need including a beautiful living room with cable TV, dining room, large fully equipped kitchen with additional table and chairs, full refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, cups, glasses, city water and more!  The laundry room has a washer and and drier.  Bedroom 1 on the main floor has a king bed.  Upstairs bedroom 2 has a queen bed.  Bedroom 3 has 4 twin beds.   Enjoy sitting outside on your own couch and patio furniture on the deck while you cook on the charcoal grill.  The yard has a moveable fire pit and peaceful trees to relax and play yard games.  Air upstairs.

$995 per week during June, July and August.  $150 per night with a two night minimum if cottage hasn't been rented within 10 days of arrival time.   Please allow a few moments for the photos to load.

Note:  We do not supply sheets and towels.  We do supply blankets and pillows

      50% down secures your dates - balance is due by June 1st (if less than 30 days, balance is due when making the reservation).  During July and August, we only rent Friday to Friday.  We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented.  A $25 cancellation fee will apply.  30 days notice is required for cancellation. 

Quiet time is 11:00 pm - 08:00 am - Please respect our neighbors!  Smoking is allowed outside only.  

Cottages are reserved on a first come first serve basis.  People that call, email, or set up a day to visit our cottages sometimes "assume" that we will hold a cottage or date for them until they can arrange to visit the cottages.  A cottage is not confirmed unless a deposit has been received.  The address is 7293 Simons St., Lexington, MI  48450.

Any occupant of the cottage or guests using the property by your invitation, agree to abide by our agreement.  We do not allow day guests in any cottage or on the grounds that exceed the maximum sleep occupancy.  Any cottage that has more guests than what is allowed will be asked to leave.  No refunds will be given.  Our cottages are not set up for large groups of people as it is too hard on our septic systems, our cottages and our neighbors.   Thank you for abiding by our policy.  The maximum allowed is 8.
