Timeaway Has Views of Lake Huron

This comfortable cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, enclosed porch, and a family room with cable TV, DVD, VCR and a outside side porch

Rooms received fresh paint and new flooring in 2007

The new screened in porch has comfortable seating with large windows, books, games, and stereo

Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, mixer, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, bowls, cable TV, and city water.  There is a large dining room table and chairs.

3 Bedrooms - Bedroom 1 has a Serta queen bed, bedroom 2 has 2 twins, and  bedroom 3 has 2 twins.  Pillows and blankets are provided.  You need to provide the sheets and towels.  Sheets and towels are available for an additional $7.00 per set.

Yard has a swing for 2, gas BBQ grill, patio table, chairs, and a private fire pit

The Timeaway is directly across the street from the Castaway so families can be close together yet separate 

The beach and Lake Huron are only 2 houses away!  There are 7 beaches that you can use while renting our cottages

50% down secures your dates.  Balance is due by June 1st or at the time of reservation if within 30 days.  We only rent Friday to Friday during July and August.  Minimum of 2 nights beginning in September through June. 

We do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be re-rented.  A $25 cancellation fee will apply.  30 days notice is required for cancellation. 

Quiet time is 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM - Please respect our neighbors!  Smoking outside only.

Cottages are reserved on a first come first serve basis.  People that call, email, or set up a day to visit our cottages sometimes "assume" that we will hold a cottage or date for them until they can arrange to visit the cottages.  A cottage is not confirmed unless a deposit has been received.

Any occupant of the cottage or guests using the property by your invitation, agree to abide by our agreement.  We do not allow day guests in any cottage or on the grounds that exceed the maximum sleep occupancy.  Any cottage that has more guests than what is allowed will be asked to leave.  No refunds will be given.  Our cottages are not set up for large groups of people as it is too hard on our septic systems, our cottages and our neighbors.   Thank you for abiding by our policy.  The maximum allowed is 6.
