Vacation Cottage

This
quaint cottage is loaded with character. Since it is
located downtown Lexington, there is no need for driving to any of the
fine restaurants, pubs, unique shops, harbor, pier, drug store, ice cream,
or souvenir shops. It is only 1 block from the Lexington Music
Theatre with great entertainment such as Eddie Money, B.J. Thomas, Rare
Earth, stand up comedians, and more!
Bring
your boat! There is room on the lawn to park your
trailer. The boat ramp is only a few feet away!
The
cottage
has been renovated with Berber carpet in the living
room and dining room. There is also hardwood floors. The living room
has cable TV, a DVD player, couch and chairs for comfort. Play cards or
do a puzzle on the dining room table or pick out a good book from the
bookcase. There is an air conditioner in the living room and several
fans in the cottage.
The
Kitchen
has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware.
The cottage
has excellent city water and city sewage.

Bedrooms - Bedroom1 has 2 twin beds, bedroom 2 has a full
bed. The Den has finished wood on the walls and ceilings from the
1940's. It has so much character you'll think you are way up
north! There is a new futon which will sleep 2 or use it as a couch
during the day. This cozy area is a great sitting
area to catch up on a good book or enjoy intimate
conversations. We
provide the pillows and blankets. You provide the sheets and
towels. Sheets and towels are available for an additional $7.00 per
set.
The
large Yard
has a clothes line, patio table, umbrella, chairs, BBQ grill,
fire pit, and room to play badminton.
Go
swimming at the beach or take a walk along the pier. On Friday
nights during the summer, there is free Music In The Park.
50%
down secures your dates. Balance is due by June 1st or at the time
of reservation if within 30 days. We prefer to rent Sunday to Sunday
during July and August. Weekends can be rented in June, September,
and October with a minimum of 2 nights if the week hasn't been
rented. We
do not give refunds during July and August unless it can be
re-rented. 30 day notice for cancellation is required during
September through May.
Quiet
time is 11:00 PM - 08:00 AM - Please respect our neighbors!
